Our Wine: An exclusive harvest
Together with our friend and partner winemaker Andreas Bieselin, we have developed four cuvées that embody our DNA: modern elegance, a clean profile, and uncompromising craftsmanship. For more than twenty years, I have been crafting the perfect harmony between food and wine. Not as a job, but as a way of life and a commitment. To me, wine is not a product, but an experience. It brings people together, gives meaning, and makes special moments unforgettable.

White wine from Baden

FLOW White
Fresh, crisp, and distinctive: This Burgundy cuvée offers notes of green apples, citrus, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it features a crisp minerality supported by lively acidity. Lemongrass, apricot, pineapple, and a touch of mango add aromatic accents. A harmonious, sensual finish that immediately calls for another sip.

Rosé with fresh fruit

FLOW Pink
Sunny, modern, and utterly inviting: red currant jelly, wild strawberries, and a hint of smokiness set the stage. On the palate, strawberries, dark berries, woodruff, and a playful touch of candied ginger dance together. Juicy, seductive, and surprisingly unique. A rosé with real character and genuine terrace appeal.

FLOW Red
Deep red, structured, and sensual: sour cherry, wild strawberry, clove, and cinnamon dominate the initial impression. On the palate, a spicy-fruity interplay, balanced by a lively, delicately astringent acidity. Delicate wood notes, forest floor, and foliage create depth and intrigue. The final touch: a gentle hint of smoke that immediately invites you to take another sip.

Wine cocktail with pear and rosehip

FLOW Spritz
White wine from the Bieselin vineyard meets natural essences of rosehip and delicate pear. The subtle carbonation brings an elegant, light effervescence to the glass. Served ice-cold, the aromatic freshness unfolds in all its glory. A signature aperitif, crafted from the expertise of Mia Wittstock and the distinctive style of the Bieselin vineyard.

We are Certified Organic

As part of our culinary concepts, we use certified organic ingredients for select products and menus, sourced from certified organic farms. These ingredients are used on a project- and product-specific basis, depending on seasonal availability and the specific event concept.

For us, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a measurable aspect of our work. Together with “das Helden Atelier,” we’ve analyzed our entire “FLOW”—from the root in the field to disposal. Strategy

Less meat, more future
We don’t force anyone to give anything up, but we encourage better choices. Our data shows a clear trend: enjoyment requires less and less meat. We are actively working to continuously increase the proportion of organic and vegan options in our catering services.

Meat content

Reduced sharply from 25% (2020) to approximately 14% (2024). Target by 2030: below 10%
Gradually increased to over 16% (2024). Target by 2025: Over 20%

Values & Social Issues
Quality starts with the source. We source 100% of our fresh ingredients from local farmers and regional suppliers in the Rhine-Main area. These close, personal partnerships not only support the local economy, but also ensure unparalleled freshness thanks to extremely short supply chains and actively reduce CO₂ emissions.

What dining concepts do you offer?

We focus on regional and seasonal products. These can be incorporated into various concepts, whether Asian-inspired with our regional sushi variations or modern and innovative Frankfurt-style.
We are happy to provide seasonal recommendations. We can tailor our offerings to your specific preferences and, most importantly, incorporate specific themes or your CI into the menu.
We can accommodate all dietary restrictions, whether for the entire event or for a specific selection. We always include vegan options in our menu. All of our signage includes allergen information.
Our products and suppliers are located within a 100-kilometer radius.
We can offer fantastic live cooking concepts and showcase them perfectly at your event. We offer drink and food stations such as the Flow Spritz, a candy bar, flying airplane trolleys, a vendor’s tray, or even an ice cream truck.
