Trade Show Catering in Frankfurt in an International Context: From February 2 to 7, 2023, we supported the EGLO / Star Trading booth at Messe Frankfurt with a comprehensive hospitality concept. Across approximately 300 square meters of booth space, we provided culinary services for employees, partners, and visitors throughout the trade show. The catering concept combined a coffee bar, snack stations, and beverage service to create flexible stand hospitality throughout the entire trade show.
Client: EGLO / Star Trading Germany
Occasion: Trade show / Booth hospitality
Guests: Approximately 30–35 booth staff members and a steady flow of visitors
Location: Messe Frankfurt, Hall 4.0, Booth A40
Throughout the event, the booth served as a meeting place for customers, dealers, and international partners. Breakfast snacks, lunch options, and beverages had to be seamlessly integrated into the daily routine of the trade show. At the same time, it was important that food and drinks were readily available so that discussions, product presentations, and sales talks could take place without interruption.
OUR SOLUTION: TRADE SHOW CATERING IN FRANKFURT WITH BOOTH HOSPITALITY
The catering concept was designed to match the rhythm of a typical trade show day. In the morning, the day began with a coffee bar and fresh coffee specialties made from beans sourced from the Frankfurt roastery Hoppenworth & Ploch. The offerings were complemented by a selection of teas from Ronnefeldt, soft drinks, and water stations for staff and guests.
A variety of snack options were available throughout the day. Baguettes with goat cheese, honey mustard, and lamb’s lettuce, bagels with avocado, egg, and radishes, and bagels with poached salmon and cream cheese provided light lunch options between discussions and presentations.
The menu was complemented by classic hot snacks such as micro brioche burgers with duck confit and pickled plums. Fresh fruit and small sweet snacks rounded out the daily offerings.
In the afternoon, dessert and snack stations provided additional moments of indulgence. FLOW Cake Pops, gingerbread, and freshly roasted almonds created a relaxed atmosphere at the booth.
The beverage station was a popular gathering spot. In addition to specialty coffees, soft drinks, beer, and a selection of wines and sparkling wines, homemade FLOW mulled wine created a wintery atmosphere throughout the trade show. Non-alcoholic orange punch with star anise was also available, inviting visitors and partners to stop for a quick chat and some spontaneous networking.
THE RESULT: HOSPITALITY TRADE SHOW OVER SIX DAYS
Throughout the trade show, the EGLO booth evolved into a lively hub for customer interactions and industry meetings. Visitors used the hospitality areas for discussions, presentations, and spontaneous encounters.
This demonstrated how Messe Catering Frankfurt operates effectively even over the course of multiple event days, transforming exhibition booths into interactive hospitality areas and providing culinary support for international trade show appearances.
