This was the first time an event of this kind took place in the Eisenhower Rotunda on the Westend Campus. The new event space provided a high-quality setting for conversation, networking, and personal interactions. The event marked the first time the Eisenhower Rotunda had been used for an event of this scale. The reception was followed by the formal ceremony, after which the guests gathered for dinner and networking. The goal was to combine the Rotunda’s unique architecture with a modern catering concept while creating a relaxed setting for conversation and socializing.
OUR SOLUTION: RECEPTION CATERING IN FRANKFURT WITH APERITIF AND DINNER BUFFET
We developed a modern catering concept featuring a non-alcoholic aperitif reception, a dinner buffet, and a comprehensive beverage service. At the same time, our team harmoniously integrated buffet stations, beverage bars, and service areas into the architecture of the rotunda. This created a seamless event flow that actively fostered networking and social interactions.
At the reception, we welcomed our guests with a non-alcoholic FLOW aperitif and homemade iced tea with ginger, mint, and lemongrass. Selters mineral water rounded out the selection. This created a welcoming atmosphere right from the start, perfect for conversation and making new connections.
For dinner, we served a selection of modern appetizers. These included roasted carrot salad with arugula, pesto, and pine nuts; broccoli and almond salad with watercress pesto; and couscous salad with fresh mint, lime, and sesame dip. We also served our signature micro brioche burgers with sweet potato patties, truffle mayo, and wild herbs. This created a varied buffet with a vegetarian focus.
For the main course, we served sweet potato curry with sautéed vegetables and rice, orecchiette with a Gorgonzola-walnut sauce, and broccoli gratin with sun-dried tomatoes, sour cream, and bread butter. The dishes complemented the modern atmosphere of the event while also making it easy to serve all the guests.
To finish, we served a panna cotta variation with coconut and wild berries, as well as a tarte Tatin made with vineyard peaches. The desserts rounded out the dinner with a light, summery touch.
In addition, our team managed the entire beverage station, featuring FLOW wines from the Bieselin Winery, Tegernseer Hell, Clausthaler non-alcoholic beer, Fritz soft drinks, and mineral water. Guests were also able to enjoy specialty coffees and select teas. This resulted in a beverage selection that catered to a variety of tastes and preferences.
In addition, our team coordinated logistics, setup, service, and event management. Service staff, logistics personnel, kitchen staff, and project managers worked together in a well-coordinated manner. Modern FLOW decorations, buffet stations, and beverage bars complemented the setup and ensured a professional overall look.
