De’Longhi Roadshow Event at le PANTHER in Frankfurt

Event Catering in Frankfurt for Brand and Product Presentations: On February 8, 2024, we hosted an exclusive De’Longhi product presentation at le PANTHER Frankfurt. Around 65 guests from the media, marketing, and content creation sectors enjoyed a day of exhibitions, workshops, dinner, and an after-party. The catering concept combined product showcases, networking, and culinary highlights into a dynamic event format.

The event day began with setting up the exhibition spaces and handling the event logistics. In the afternoon, the De’Longhi presentation kicked off on the ground floor with workshops, content creation, and product demonstrations. At the same time, a dessert bar was set up, providing guests with their first taste of indulgence during the presentation. In the evening, a sit-down dinner was held on the upper floor, after which the event transitioned into a party with a DJ.

OUR SOLUTION: EVENT CATERING IN FRANKFURT WITH A ROADSHOW THEME

To kick things off, we served coffee and small desserts from the display shelf. Mini chocolate cakes with rosehip and pear chutney, vegan cake pops with dark chocolate, and Oreo cheesecake cubes provided a sweet accompaniment to the presentation.

Dinner began with appetizers that were served at the tables. Farmhouse bread from the bakery with hand-whisked butter and hummus dip, lamb’s lettuce with pomegranate and pumpkin dressing, and various small appetizer platters created a modern sharing experience.

The appetizer menu was complemented by creative finger food items such as mini waffles with porcini mushrooms and leek chutney, Hessian poké bowls with smoked fish, broccoli, and lemon soy sauce, and beetroot salad with green pear and parsley.

The main course was served as a classic gala dinner. Beef tenderloin in a chestnut-mustard crust, served with veal praline, mole sauce, roasted savoy cabbage, and bread dumplings, was the culinary highlight of the menu. As a vegan alternative, we served green asparagus on a Fregola Sarda risotto with port wine-marinated chipolini onions and creamed Swiss chard.

The meal concluded with a dessert featuring chocolate, blood orange, and cinnamon. Two chocolate elements—a mousse and fudge—were paired with blood orange jelly and cinnamon crumble, adding an elegant sweet touch.

The setup included high-quality CRAFT tableware, designer shelves for displaying desserts, and a custom decor concept in the FLOW style.

THE RESULT: A PRODUCT LAUNCH WITH AN EVENT-LIKE ATMOSPHERE

The guests naturally moved between the exhibition areas, the dining area, and the party area. The catering complemented the day’s program and combined product displays with culinary highlights.
