Trade Show Catering in Frankfurt in an International Context: From June 21 to 24, 2022, we provided catering services for Trevira’s booth at the Heimtextil trade show in Frankfurt. In addition to providing daily meals for the booth team, we also supported the catering needs of approximately 15 sub-exhibitors and an awards ceremony held as part of the trade show. The catering concept was designed for efficiency, mobility, and rapid service delivery during the ongoing trade show.

Logistics were tailored to the pace of the trade show. On each day of the event, deliveries were made directly to the booth area in the morning. The catering had to be compact, easy to transport, and of high quality, so that exhibitors and partners could be served quickly even during the busiest days of the show.
OUR SOLUTION: TRADE SHOW CATERING IN FRANKFURT FOR BOOTH STAFF AND EXHIBITORS
The catering was provided in the form of a daily rotating lunch box concept. The lunch boxes were fully prepared and came with sustainable wooden cutlery. This allowed them to be eaten right at the booth, between conversations with visitors or during short breaks.
The selection featured light dishes combined with energy-rich ingredients. Rye bread slices with finocchiona, bagels with eggplant cream, mini brioche burgers with pastrami, and sweet potato wraps offered a variety of options.
We also served fresh salads in glasses, such as lentil salad with root vegetables, pasta salads, and Frankfurt-style potato salad with mini meatballs. Fruity drinks, homemade FLOW iced tea, and Fritz lemonades helped keep everyone refreshed throughout the day at the trade show.
Desserts and snacks such as double chocolate cookies, fruit salad, and sheet cakes rounded out the packed lunches and provided little moments of indulgence between meetings, presentations, and conversations at the booths.
THE RESULT: FLEXIBLE TRADE SHOW CATERING
The lunch concept was designed to accommodate the fast pace of the trade show. Booth teams, partners, and sub-exhibitors could eat at their convenience without interrupting their conversations with visitors.
