Booth catering at Light + Building in Frankfurt

As part of a multi-day catering assignment at the Frankfurt Trade Fair, we provided culinary services for the Gustav & Hensel company at their booth during the international trade fair Light + Building in Frankfurt. Over the course of several days, we served snacks, light meals, and beverages to the team and visitors at the booth.

The catering was designed to facilitate conversations at the booth and create a welcoming atmosphere for client meetings. Throughout the entire duration of the trade show, our team ensured that guests were welcomed and attended to at all times.

At international trade shows in particular, the atmosphere at the booth plays a key role. A well-planned catering concept helps visitors feel welcome and ensures that conversations can take place in a relaxed setting.

Throughout the trade show, we handled the ongoing management of the booth catering. Snacks, light meals, and beverages were continuously prepared and served, ensuring that walk-in visitors were just as welcome as scheduled client meetings. As a result, the Frankfurt Messe booth catering became an integral part of the daily operations at the booth.

OUR SOLUTION: STAND CATERING AT THE FRANKFURT TRADE FAIR FOR EXHIBITOR OPERATIONS

For the trade show booth, we developed a catering concept that integrates seamlessly into the fast-paced daily routine of the trade show. Small snacks, finger foods, and beverages were planned in such a way that they could be served easily while still making a high-quality impression.

Food was served fresh throughout the day and continuously replenished. This allowed us to provide culinary accompaniment for both brief conversations and longer meetings at the booth.

In addition to the food, the behind-the-scenes organization also played a key role. Setup, post-production, and service were coordinated in such a way that the booth always looked well-maintained and inviting.

THE RESULT: AN INVITING MEETING PLACE AT THE TRADE SHOW

The continuous catering created a gathering place for conversations, presentations, and networking. Visitors were welcomed right at the booth and could enjoy refreshments while chatting.
