UBS Christmas Party at the Palais Frankfurt

For the UBS Christmas party on December 4th 2025, we developed a large scale event catering concept for 540 guests at the historic Thurn und Taxis Palais in Frankfurt. Between a winter reception, flying dinner service and an open party atmosphere, the evening combined premium culinary experiences with modern urban holiday vibes. At the same time, the event was designed to feel elegant while still creating a relaxed and highly communicative atmosphere.

Before the event officially started, our team transformed the Palais into a modern winter event location. Guests first arrived at the outdoor reception area before moving freely through the Christmas market setup and into the flying dinner experience. This created an open atmosphere from the very beginning and encouraged interaction, movement and conversation throughout the evening. At the same time, the central city location required highly precise logistics as well as carefully coordinated setup and breakdown processes.

OUR SOLUTION: CHRISTMAS PARTY CATERING FRANKFURT WITH FLYING DINNER AND WINTER MARKET ATMOSPHERE

We created a culinary concept built around modern winter flavors and premium flying dinner service. At the same time, our team integrated design shelves, mobile service solutions and open food stations directly into the event flow. This allowed the catering experience to feel dynamic, elegant and flexible throughout the evening.

For the reception, we served winter inspired starters including lamb’s lettuce with roasted black salsify, beetroot salad with green pear, and winter carrot with goat cheese and honey mustard dressing. The menu was complemented by mini brioche burgers with veal confit and dried plums. As a result, the evening began with a culinary experience that felt both seasonal and contemporary.

Later in the evening, our teams served warm flying finger food directly throughout the venue. Highlights included bread dumpling pralines with wild mushroom ragout and chestnut crunch, panko crusted char on cauliflower and sweet potato, as well as confit goose roulade with winter truffle duxelles, pepper jus and leek mash. This created a modern interpretation of classic holiday cuisine.

At the same time, we designed an extensive dessert area inspired by a modern Christmas bakery. Plum crumble with walnut streusel, chocolate flan with blood orange ragout, roasted almonds, gingerbread, Christmas candy and homemade cookies created a nostalgic winter atmosphere. Our team also integrated the dessert concept openly into the event space so guests could move naturally between food, drinks and conversations.

We also tailored the beverage concept specifically to the evening. FLOW Spritz with pear and rosehip as well as non alcoholic organic aperitifs opened the event. The drinks selection was complemented by FLOW wines from Weingut Bieselin, Tegernseer Hell beer, Fritz soft drinks and Selters mineral water alongside full evening bar service. This created a beverage experience that matched both the elegant Palais setting and the relaxed party atmosphere.

In parallel, our team coordinated the entire event logistics on a large scale production level. More than twenty service staff members, event managers, bartenders, logistics teams, chefs and kitchen assistants worked together in carefully structured workflows. At the same time, we coordinated delivery schedules, cooling logistics, back office handling and overnight breakdown processes according to the venue requirements. This ensured smooth operations and a seamless guest experience throughout the entire event.

The setup was completed with premium design shelves, mobile beverage stations, flying service equipment, market stands and a modern FLOW decoration concept featuring herbs, vases, buffet signage and winter inspired design elements. As a result, the entire event atmosphere felt modern, warm and highly refined.

THE RESULT: A MODERN CHRISTMAS EVENT WITH PREMIUM HOSPITALITY ATMOSPHERE

The UBS Christmas party developed into an elegant yet highly communicative winter event with a flowing and open dynamic. Guests moved freely between the reception, flying dinner service and party area while experiencing the evening as a combination of culinary quality, social interaction and atmospheric hospitality.

The combination of modern winter cuisine, flying service, urban Christmas market atmosphere and precise event organization created an experience that felt relaxed, premium and approachable at the same time. As a result, the event remained memorable not only because of the culinary offering but also because of the emotional atmosphere it created.

The project demonstrated how Christmas party catering in Frankfurt can do far more than simply provide food and drinks. Instead, it showed how modern winter events can emotionally connect guests, strengthen interaction and create memorable hospitality experiences through precise culinary staging.
