As part of a multi-day catering service at the Frankfurt Trade Fair, we supported the trade show presence of the international lighting company XAL at Messe Frankfurt. Over the course of several days, we provided catering services for the exhibition booths and served snacks, light meals, and beverages to both staff and visitors.
The trade show presence included several brand areas within Hall 5.1. In addition to the main XAL booth, we also managed adjacent presentation areas. Our catering services facilitated discussions at the booth and created a pleasant atmosphere for client meetings, product presentations, and networking.
Hospitality at the booth plays a particularly important role at international trade shows. Visitors should feel welcome, and conversations should take place in a relaxed setting.
