Christmas Party Catering in the Rhine-Main Region in an Exclusive Event Setting: Latham & Watkins’ Christmas party brought together 350 guests at the Hofgut von Hünersdorff. We crafted a culinary experience that blended a Christmas market, a live cooking dinner, and a late-night party. The result was a year-end celebration that harmoniously combined atmosphere, precision, and a sense of ease.

The event format was designed as an immersive experience. It began with a welcome at the Christmas market, followed by dinner featuring live cooking stations in the barn, and later transitioned into a lively party night with a cocktail bar and midnight snacks. The culinary offerings were intended to evoke emotion at the start, demonstrate artisanal precision during the main course, and foster a sense of connection during the party. At the same time, the size of the event required precise logistical planning, with setup the day before and dismantling overnight.

OUR SOLUTION: CHRISTMAS PARTY CATERING IN THE RHINE-MAIN REGION WITH A CHRISTMAS MARKET AND LIVE COOKING

We created a culinary Christmas market experience featuring four huts as an atmospheric opening. Hot cherry wine with cinnamon and cardamom, homemade mulled wine, flambéed salmon on farmhouse bread, mini wild boar bratwurst, La Ratte potatoes, as well as roasted almonds and fresh chestnuts created a lively winter scene and sparked the first conversations.

Afterward, the barn was transformed into a stage for live cooking. A selection of appetizers kicked off the dinner, followed by confit duck leg with orange jus, strudel variations featuring cod or savoy cabbage, and braised beef brisket in Pinot Noir jus, all prepared right in front of the guests. Vegetarian and vegan dishes were, of course, equally well-represented.

An XXL Advent calendar featuring winter desserts provided a dramatic highlight. Later, the cocktail bar with its signature drinks became the social hub of the evening. The midnight snack marked the transition into the late hours and kept the energy levels high throughout.

Our hospitality team seamlessly coordinated the Christmas market, dining area, bar, and service. Market stalls, a clear spatial layout, and a custom-designed decoration concept transformed the estate into a magical winter wonderland.

THE RESULT: A CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION WITH DRAMATIC TENSION

The guests moved effortlessly between the huts, live music stations, and the dance floor. The interplay of socializing, relaxed enjoyment, and exuberant celebration created a natural energy.
