What does FLOW actually mean? Our DNA is already embedded in the name: FLO(rian) & W(ittstock)—the connection between our founders. But for us, “Flow” is much more than just an acronym. It describes the state in which you are completely absorbed in what you are doing. When we cook, plan, and serve, we do so with an ease and passion that you can feel and taste. We’re always on the move, always on trend. Just like in the psychological “flow state,” our focus and dedication merge into a perfect whole. Our goal as a premium caterer in Frankfurt is to bring this very feeling to your event: We create culinary experiences that seem effortless because they are backed by hard work and pure enthusiasm.

The Launch of the company

as a corporate caterer. The vision is taking shape.

Opening of our first event venue, FLOWCATION, in Bornheim, Frankfurt.

Room to Grow
Expansion of the headquarters to Kelsterbach: Growth from 200 m² to 2,000 m² of production space.

You’re the organizational talent who turns plans into seamless processes. As part of our operations team, you’ll oversee the preparation, coordination, and execution of our events—from evaluating available venues and event spaces to technical planning and on-site execution. With your eye for detail, you’ll ensure that all teams work together seamlessly and that events are executed exactly as planned.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll assist our kitchen management in preparing high-quality dishes for events and catering, take on responsibility in your role, and ensure that daily kitchen operations run smoothly. What types of events can you organize?

As a full-service event caterer, we can handle all types of events, from Christmas parties, BBQs, and wine tastings to trade show booths, client events, presentations, roadshows, grand openings, galas, anniversaries, and more. There are no limits to what we can do.
Expertise in food and beverage, high-quality cuisine with professional service from start to finish. Access to our own equipment and decorations.
We can work anywhere for our customers. Our primary focus is on a 100-kilometer radius. Our suppliers and partners are also located within this radius.
We have a team of nearly 30 employees across various departments, including the kitchen, logistics, operations, and sales. A personal contact person will be available to assist you on-site at every event.
Since 2020, we have focused on sustainability and have gradually expanded our efforts in this area. We now also offer a CO2 calculator. You can find detailed information on this topic on our website.
