BBQ Catering Frankfurt for Deloitte: For the GWGOC Summer Event on June 12, 2026, we developed a large-scale BBQ catering concept at the Ocean Club Frankfurt. With 1,800 guests, the event combined high-quality grilled cuisine, open food stations, and a relaxed summer atmosphere. At the same time, the catering was designed to ensure a smooth operation for such a large number of guests while still providing a personal touch of hospitality. <\/p>\n\n

The event took place at the Ocean Club Frankfurt and required extensive planning of logistics, infrastructure, and catering operations. Even before the event began, our team coordinated the setup of the grill stations, buffet areas, and back-of-house areas. The goal was to create a relaxed summer atmosphere despite the large number of guests, while also ensuring short distances and seamless service. <\/p>\n\n

OUR SOLUTION: BBQ CATERING IN FRANKFURT FOR A LARGE EVENT WITH 1,800 GUESTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

We developed a modern BBQ concept featuring regional specialties, live grilling stations, and summery buffet items. At the same time, our team integrated nine grilling stations, designer shelves, and spacious buffet areas directly into the event setup. The result was a catering concept that could efficiently serve a large number of guests while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n

To start, we served a variety of appetizers with farmhouse bread from the bakery and hand-whisked butter. These included couscous salad with fresh mint and lime, Hessian bread salad with pretzels, tomatoes, and honey-mustard dressing, and pasta salad with egg, pickles, and peas. The selection was rounded out by a Hessian poke bowl with pearl barley, caramelized onions, garden tomatoes, chives, and a fermented bean paste dressing. This helped create a relaxed and summery atmosphere right from the start. <\/p>\n\n

The live barbecue stations were the highlight of the event. Our chefs prepared BBQ-style smoked beef brisket as well as handmade grilled and beef sausages right in front of the guests. We also served eggplant and zucchini in rosemary oil as a vegetarian alternative. The result was a modern barbecue experience with a regional flair and high quality. <\/p>\n\n

As side dishes, we served roasted baked potatoes and corn-on-the-cob skewers with chili and lime. The selection was rounded out by a variety of homemade sauces, such as FLOW mustard blend, smoked BBQ sauce, arugula pesto, truffle mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup. This allowed guests to customize their own BBQ meals. <\/p>\n\n

For dessert, we served a panna cotta variation with coconut and wild berries, as well as mini chocolate cakes with strawberry chutney. These summery desserts rounded out the catering concept and provided a perfect ending to the meal. <\/p>\n\n

Since the venue handled all beverage service, our team focused entirely on food preparation, grill stations, and logistics. A total of ten logistics staff, nine chefs, nine kitchen assistants, as well as event management and project management, worked together in a coordinated manner. In addition, our team utilized nine professional Broil King gas grills, designer shelves, chafing dishes, and a wide range of kitchen equipment. This enabled us to execute the event efficiently and professionally. <\/p>\n\n

THE RESULT: A SUMMER-THEMED CORPORATE BBQ WITH A LARGE GUEST CAPACITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Deloitte Summer Event turned into an open and interactive BBQ experience with a relaxed atmosphere. Guests moved freely among the stations, took advantage of the spacious areas for conversation, and enjoyed the laid-back summer atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n

The combination of live grill stations, regional specialties, professional logistics, and a spacious setup created an event that felt high-end, efficient, and approachable all at once. Despite the large number of guests, the catering remained personal and attentive. <\/p>\n\n

This demonstrated how BBQ Catering Frankfurt provides professional hospitality even at large-scale events, reliably manages high volumes, and creates an atmospheric setting for corporate events.<\/p>\n\n
